Esther Ku is the co-owner of Culture Couture. She has spoken in several women conferences, including one that was held in Crystal Crown Hotel in 2007, organized by Xando Singapore. She is also the image consultant of ThreeOn Health Sdn Bhd, and the Creative Director of events company Ayria Consulting Sdn Bhd. Through Ayria Consulting, she has directed fashion shows, glamorous performances and competitions, as well as the annual nationwide youth conference EMERGE KL.
